Being able to spam your abilities whenever they are available without having to manage a resource like mana or energy seems like a poor mechanic to me.

Are you actually implying Garen isn't strong? Because that's a load of BS. Rengar has had so many rounds of nerfs and buffs it's not even funny. Part of it is obviously because not having a resource makes it difficult to balance a champions kit without tipping him either way.

Garen has a strong early. That's it. He's not "too good" by any means. Rengar is trash now.

I don't argue they're all "too good", but no cost is a dumb mechanic. I really don't see the point in having a no cost champ.
