What are the chances of a new Ezreal or Sivir skin next?

Personally dont wanna buy PFE. Too expensive. As we already know that many have gotten skins past Legendary skins. What are the chances EZ and Sivir finally get a skin. And yes before you say not new EZ skin cuz he just got PFE, you should know Cassopea got 2 skins and both after PFE release soooo..

Sivir won't get any new skins until she receives her visual update

I doubt after the relatively recent pulsefire Ez skin he won't get another any time soon.
