Depends on the distance between the team average rankings or something. I'm afraid they created a bigger black hole than elo hell here - just got dropped to Silver IV after getting a troll/dc on my team for FOUR GAMES IN A ROW. And I'm assuming it'll only get worse.

From what I've heard, you lose way more than you gain, to the point where you have to win like 10+ in a row to get into playoff rounds
