You mean that build that is TOTALLY outclassed by Olaf?
They're way different you can't compare them
How are they way different?
Yi possesses:
A maximum 4 target (gapclosing) spell that does magic damage on a 1 to 1 scale
A spell that heals him over time based on AP (2 to 1 scale)
An AD steroid
An ult that speeds him up and increases his attack speed, allows skills to reset upon kills, and prevents him from being slowed.
Olaf possesses:
A skill that can hit any amount of enemies within a certain range, scales off AD, slows
A spell that heals him over time based on lifesteal and spell vamp, plus giving an AD steroid
A spell that can deal up to 340 single target true damage
An ult that breaks any cc that is applied to Olaf, along with giving him cc immunity.
Normally, people bring ghost on Olaf or build shurelyas on him, so he gets a speedup on his ult as well.
What are the similarities?
A damaging spell on Q, an AD steroid, a healing mechanism, a speedup.
What are the differences?
Yi has an AS steroid on his ult
Yi has a gapcloser (technically)
Yi's ult allows skills to reset
Olaf gets true damage on a 4s cooldown
Olaf's Q can hit any amount of enemies and scales off AD, plus it slows on top.
Olaf's W does not take away AD from Olaf, unlike Yi's E.
Olaf's ult breaks CC and prevents any cc from stopping him. Yi's ult only prevents slows.
Olaf can build tanky because true damage and ult do not scale, and W scales on health.
Overall, it looks pretty obvious to me that Olaf and Yi share a lot of similarities,
however it is also obvious that Olaf is superior.
