Uh, yeah? Because I gave you the two items it builds out of, and the total cost of the item. Pickaxe: 875 Giants Belt: 1000, so the combine cost would be what, 725? That's 725 for the unique passive, 15 AD, and 20 health. I criticized his recipe cost because it doesn't make sense; that has nothing to do with me being too lazy to actually write out the numbers because I figured people were smart enough to do the math in their head, which it doesn't look like you are.

Recipe: Static Shiv + Ruby Crystal + Longsword
Item cost: 3600g
Combine Cost: 225
400 Health
20 AD
+50% attack speed
+25% critical strike chance
+8% movement speed

Unique Passive - Storm: Moving and attacking build Static Charges. At 100 charges your next attack expends the charges to deal 100 magic damage to up to 4 targets. This damage can critically strike.

Unique Active: For three seconds, you gain 5% additional movement speed (half if ranged) and all basic attacks will proc storm. Storm damage cannot critically strike while active. Basic attacks reduce this active's cooldown by .5 seconds. (160 second cooldown)

So basically you took an item... and 100% changed the idea behind it so it wasn't even close to the same item?
