Is a Fed Blitz a threat?

I think he's probably the least threaten.. He can pretty much never level up, as long as he's got the rocket grab, he's one of the best supports. But sometimes I end up getting the kills instead of feeding ADC.

Arm + Punch + Ulta (Com'on... )

Moderately so, but only if he has a strong dps team to back him up. Anyone fed enough can carry but blitz is similar to Shyvana in that once you initiate you need a decent/not terrible team to have your back

yeah.... i have accidently taken kills from my carry as blitz many times. sometimes i legitimately thought they would get away if i didnt. but most times it was more reflex.

My ADC sucked completely this one time, so I decided it was time to go carry blitz...

Needless to say the enemy team hated me.

Blitz is scary if he decides to go full AP.

Full nuke is like 880 + 270%AP with Lich.
