Is he more viable than jungle? I'm just starting to try him out again using this guide: http://www.solomid.net/guides.php?g=18401-mc2147-xinzhao-build-guide

Are you still very aggressive early? I haven't played xin in a loooong time

Works top and jungle.

Both probably the same, his ganks are incredible though so maybe jungle is slightly preferred.

As a jungler, he is slower clears and mobility. At the same time, he has f***ing phenomenal dueling and ganking. It comes down to the top matchup vs the jungle matchup for where he will do better.

Hes great top for his level 3-4 kill potential usually a good in general but really good vs say a cho or yorick since he can easily kill them before they become undying sustain nightmares and snowballs hard.

what combo are you guys using pre-6 for trading? Are you still rushing brut, mogs, cleaver, situational?

My preferred dueling method is risky because you waste a flash, but usually you get the kill or burn the enemy flash so you're on even ground. Flash from bush into 3 hit combo, if they flash follow with charge and keep aa'ing plus ignite or exhaust, pop w when they blow flash or when it best suits the situation.

Xin with 1 level on you is scary, because if he hits 6 before you do he can knock the jungler away and kill you again.

Risky but it pays off most of the time if you ward well

Why open with flash?

You're more likely to get off all three hits of his Q if you get the E slow instead of flash. Then if they flash out and you think you can secure the kill, you have flash to follow, and E coming off of cooldown in a couple seconds. And if you don't want to follow up or you see their jungle coming up, you still have flash to get away.

Initiating with flash in a 1v1 scenario is a terrible idea.
