Don't like it? Don't watch it. It's that simple

If you are on tilt I'd suggest taking a break. Go back to normals and play until you win a few games before going back into ranked. Mindset is as much a part of competitive gaming as anything else. Otherwise you end up rushing plays to try to get a fast lead to win out of frustration.

My ranked team lost the promotion series to get out of Silver V last night, to a Gold III team. Feels bad. :(

Honestly, when I'm on tilt I go play single player games until I cool off. Can take days sometimes, but it's better for your mental health.

Leaving your computer angry every single day will hurt you in the long run.

I lost ten games in a row the other day; had four 4v5s in one day. By the sixth loss I was pretty tilted but kept playing.

It's not a big deal; every game you lose makes it easier to win the next.
