Why don't I see Skarner anymore?

omg they nerfed him so hard now his minute and a half cd ult is countered by a four minute cd flash

I think it's less of that and more about how Shurelias is a little worse now and Iceborn Fist/Twin Shadows gimp his game HARD.

Skarner is still a very strong jungler, I just think he fell out of favor on the pro scene because all the other team has to do is pick Ezreal and build Iceborn. Everyone's a metasheep for the pro scene

FotM over, people are trying out other champions that are gaining popularity.

He isn't a free win anymore either. =( First half of 2012 ruled, everybody decided to forget about him even though he obliterated solo queue.

Because it turns out he's the worse version of Hecarim and not the other way around.
