yes because winrates a few weeks after a champion was nerfed totally confirms the state of that champion

Well see the problem with shacmeister, and every other underpowered champ is if u dont get MASSIVELY fed early game, you are at a deficit as opposed to other champs with cormparative gold.

IE a 4k gold shaco will be worse than a 4k gold someone else.
