Agreed, some people I know are pretty much worthless in the work environment but me telling them how garbage they are doesn't make them work any better.

You should be able to maturely speak your mind without swearing.

If your grandmother did something to upset you, you don't call her a ****ing ****.

And if you do then you really deserve more than a ban, lack of respect these days is pitiful

Complain about getting banned.
Repeatedly moderated for violating the same clause of the ToU.

Some people should reconsider whether they are fit to interact with the outside world.

Well, it seems more modded for censor bypassing. "G***" is acceptable; "gr*s" isn't.
