I'd pick Sona every game and build nothing but boots and a Null-Magic Mantle.

Also, Jax with 6 Phantom Dancers.

Veigar with lots of Deathcaps, and Seekers Armguard could go over his glove, with the fingers ripped out as his glove is super pointy, and his wand could change to AA/Seraph's Embrace.

Also, Teemo with Warmogs would look hilarious. And Hecarim with only 2 boots would be funny . . . in fact, Cass/Nami with boots would be wonderfully awkward.

And poor Anivia . . .
