Frozen Heart too. Randuin's active is great but FH helps the passive. I've wanted to try Singed support but he needs to get fed.

Anyway TC, build looks fine except I'd replace Thornmail with Frozen Heart. It almost supplies the same amount of armor, and it gives an awesome aura for your team!

Not to mention the extra health from your passive's mana-health conversion.
