He's still going to get crushed at any decent-level play (not lolnormals) considering just about every commonly played top have ridiculous early games (Elise, Renekton, Darius, etc.).

Maybe as a counterpick vs. farmers, but even then if he even slightly falls behind (aka dies once to a gank) he's going to get crushed. Considering how long it takes him to get to the point where he's a monster and how fast pace games are nowadays, he's still going to fall behind.

LOL no. Teemo dies the moment he's withered, and any time past level 9, Nasus can just catch and kill Teemo.

Olaf hurts himself hurting Nasus, and is attack-speed-dependent (and aspd debuffs aren't removed by his ult). Nasus counters Olaf for the same reason he counters Jax, only worse.

By the time Nasus hits nine, Teemo should be level 11. Wither is great slow, but he's only going to have a few points into it at that point, and a good Teemo will either make sure Nasus has to either run over a shroom to get to him, or spend so much time dodging shrooms that he can just walk away.

Nasus can do nothing to Teemo at the early levels.
