I've seen Teemos do just fine against Darius.

Don't think it's really that hard of a counter though...

it's not a "counter" when it can easily go either way depending on the players' skill

Teemo is a counter to Darius only under perfect circumstances.

A realistic matchup: Darius will win the lane, as Teemo have to make only 1 mistake* to get screwed.

*- it doesn't even have to be mistake - a difference of 30 ping can decide his fate.

If you wanna counter Darius - pick Urgot.

As someone already mentioned, it isn't much of a counter. A single mistake and the Teemo is dead and then the lane is just going to get worse.

this... once lvl 6 is hit and your dead no matter what unless you have gotten several kills because the Darius was truly bad and lets you free harass him
