Talking about AP Teemo in the context. He wasn't that great. Shrooms were still annoying, but it was the buff on E that made the difference. The ratio got frontloaded so that the on-hit effect was 40% AP instead of 14%. Liandry made Shrooms extremely obnoxious because the synergy was too perfect, which caused Riot to chop a whole 150 base damage off it. --- ns |
