Has anything major changed? Or is it still mainly the same meta with the same strategies and item builds?

Jungle has changed. More health and more damage on creeps.
Everyone buys Warmogs.
Kha'Zix is the best champion in the game.

It's pretty different. A quick rundown of what seems to be...

Health is now the most important defensive stat because of the change to Penetration, which has lead to people putting Warmog's Armor on just about everything. In addition, tankiness has led to top laners going mid, where they can tank and out-damage some of the APs. This has made AD Bruisers look stronger than ever.

In response, Riot is currently looking into making Blade of the Ruined King (built off Bilgewater Cutlass) a scarier item to shut down Health-stackers and made Seeker's Armguard with intent of making AP mids better at dealing with AD mids.

Liandry's Torment has led to some strategies that were not seen much becoming a bit more common such as AP Mid Kayle. It has also led to the solidification of some AP top characters.

IE + PD rushing isn't the only thing ADCs do now, thanks to Statikk Shiv. BT is seeing some good use as a first item, again. Riot seems to be trying to make Executioner's Calling a more appealing item for them but it still isn't seeing that much use. Blade of the Ruined King will probably become a new ADC tool.

Jungling has only 1 start now, but this branches into 4 different Itemization paths. You can go for Lantern for Armor and a "free" ward, Elder Lizard for AD and DoT, Wraith for AP and Smite recharge, and Ancient Golem for Health and Tenacity. Jungling, itself, has become a bit harder and characters that are not gank-focused have fallen out of favor.

Supports haven't changed too much on an item level but Riot is apparently going to change that a bit. Taric is currently getting a rework of sorts on PBE to make him better at non-Support roles on top of a nerf to his Supporting abilities.

Someone else could probably explain things a lot better and more accurately, though.

I've still had good luck with ad yi juggling he can farm it so fast on top of the enemies jungle even better on pbe with the q buff and his ganks may be on the weak side if he does get a decent gank opportunity his dmg almost always ends in a kill plus dat split pushing power.
