The consumers are the ones that determine if the price of something is "fair."

Since plenty of people buy the 975 skins (and even the 1850 skins), then logically they aren't too expensive, or only a rare few would have them.

It's more rare, at least at level 30, to see a game WITHOUT skins than it is with at least one or two.
