I actually like this idea, a 20 armor/mag resist debuff at level 18 isn't op in my opinion. Would give it some team fight presence
Greatest system of all time is the N64. OOT, SM64, Paper Mario DK64 and Ogre Battle

Also the ability to "assist" (not an actual kill assist) allies from across the map.

how about 1 true dmg per sec to tag that assist and can be used to stall people from blue pilling(and die to jungle creep to you all bad jungler)

I don't like the idea of having the true damage on it. Being able to get a free Assist off guaranteed kills like that on such a low CD would be sort of imbalanced.

also im pretty sure it would still tag for assists w/o true damage, giving people like sona a reason to take it because she would benefit off of the assists greatly and can try to be passive and let ad farm instead of getting into engagements where she needs exhaust

problem lies in the fact that for late game teamfights a jungler/top would need exhaust and they would whine to high heaven (even though i still run exhaust top sometimes)

Adding in the whole assist thing would be borderline OP. It's almost guarenteed assists on over 90% of the team's kills.

then increase the cooldown and also the radius of vision.
