I hate low level games. So do I play to pubstomp all of them?

Zed isn't cutting it. The other team is always smurfs and I can't carry that much badness.

I need a really good pubstomper Gamefaqs, in the 450-3150 range.

Annie, Malphite, and Morgana work for me. Garen, Xin Zhao, Mordekaiser, and Karthus seem to work for other people.
