The wiki says that the patch change was 5 AD and 4% current health to 5%. Is it that substantial?

That's the buff that's already live. They're completely remaking it.

This is awesome for my Vi. Now maybe Top Vi can actually be better.

AD = Dmg.
LS and Active = sustain
AS = more sustain, better fights, get AS buff and enemy armor debuff quicker.
MS steal with active is better chase and slight escapish sometimes.
%current health physical suits with Vi's 3rd hit.

Thinking of going BoRK, Mallet and Mogs for Core.

was the passive it had that did % of enemy's current hp on attack removed?
