They need to make a new item. I'd call it tainted blood or something. whenever somebody tries to life steal hp, they actually take damage, and something like thornmail, but for ap champs

-Ohmwrecker still needs changes. They tried to make it somewhat of a support item and that didn't change much.

-I somehow doubt people would have a problem with Wriggle's Lantern getting buffed/reworked into a 2000-2400 item with much better bonuses. Or we could eliminate its path from the Machete and make it a form of Sightstone.

-Executioner's Calling still isn't really seeing use. I'm not sure a rework or removal is as necessary as further buffs.

I'm going to say no to making Wriggles build out of sightstone, as that would screw manaless people like Shy and Mundo. I liked old EC, wish they didn't change it.
