id say nerfs since his E is alot easier to hit and more consistant dmg as well as better wave clear

It is a nerf because E is a lot more easier and useful than Q. It won't change much though. His skill set and mobility makes him a top tier champion, not the damage on his E.

Nerf. I wonder if this will encourage people to start maxing Q first? I doubt it, if only because the cooldown and energy cost of Q are still too high to make it a worthwhile source of harassment, assuming they choose harass > all in killing.

W needs to not cost anything, so Zed is less energy starved after bursting someone.

i'd say not much of a difference since the skills still do the same amount when you do a combo with him

actully q will do more dmg, since he will have a clone and q is affected by clone dmg while E does no bonus dmg for additional clone strikes

so i guess he gets better burst provieded you can land his q
