Jungle Shaco is hardest thing to play right in the game.
Vayne is second hardest thing to play right.

For third spot Id say Lee Sin, but he is preety easy to do OK with, which isnt case for jungle Shaco or Vayne.

Lux is actually a very simple champ; mainly because her combo is so easy to pull off and absolutely destroys squishies. Yeah its all skillshots but they're not exactly as easy to dodge as you make it sound. A lux that can't land her stuff will die and one than can will kill you.

Champs like Zyra and Syndra have far greater difficulty curves due to the lack of on-demand shields or dodges plus most of their damage comes from skillshots. The Zyra player has to land all her spells and dodge the opponents with flash and basic movement; Syndra has to do the same with a high cd and relatively unreliable knock-back (which is part of her damage/cc combo). If the Lux player screws up and gets dived, at least she can panic W for 2 free shields.
