A lot of it depends on the support too, of course. Taric is pretty strong with his low risk but decent reward skillset.

kaysa13Posted 2/22/2013 1:51:00 PM | Technically, none, because most of the time, it depends on your synergy with the support. However, some ADCs stand out most in terms of phase.
Early game, MF and Cait are, as previously stated, laning bullies. Their kit provides them the ability to severely poke their opposition while fighting for CS.
Mid game is Draven's game IMO. This is the time when critical strike becomes supremely relevant, which Draven relishes. His passive is a monster when built with crit items.
Vayne and Kog'maw are considered the hyper-carries; the ones who really dominate late game. Their kit gives them their extra muscle which, with proper positioning, has the best potential of turning the game around.
