So the Sejuani guide was made by an 800 elo dude

Yeah, sure, he suggests MPEN and CDR runes.

He makes no mention of 0-21-9 (the best masteries for Sej), instead suggesting wacky useless crap.

HE MAXES Q OVER E.

HE MAXES PERMAFROST THE HUGE EPIC SLOW LAST. LAST.

LAST.

TAKE THIS BULL GUIDE DOWN NOW.

And what's with the item build?

You do not need a Kindlegem. You are Sejuani. Your two core items are Warmog and Sunfire Cape, the two items that provide meaningful defensive stats and massively increase your damage output.

Lucidity Boots? Is that a joke? Who needs CDR when you have permaslow and W doesn't have to be up 0.5 seconds sooner, Also, there's blue buff and Spirit Stone Wraith (for CDR).

Now, Locket and Shurelya are both decent items, but by building them you are screwing yourself over. You will not be tanky enough, you will not be doing enough damage. Leave these to the support or another bruiser (someone who can forsake a crucial item for team utility).

Note that Locket and Shurelya become considerably more useful if you're lagging behind or at very, very high levels of organized play, where your only contribution has to be R+E to win the fight. In solo q, where this guide is oriented at, you cannot afford to build purely supportive items (Bulwark exempted, as it's the best item you can get for dealing with AP heavy teams, though such a rarity these days).

Warmogs and Sunfire are core, but so is Kindlegem. it's your early game item. You won't be getting a sunfire on first back unless the other team is a joke anyway.

You're a fool if you think locket is screwing you over.

Bulwark doesn't give you enough health to be cost-efficient on Sejuani. Remind your bruiser or support to buy it.

I haven't tried Wraith Stone on Sej, will try it out. I don't think it's the best investment though.

As for boots, (I will update this too) I take Mercs situationally, for when they have a lot of CC or magic damage. I still get Lucidity when I'm ahead.

Move bonuses are best to keep your gank-rate up. Every time I'm late to counter-gank a lane when I'm not using Utility feels bad man.

Trust me, you are completely in the wrong. Movement speed quints and your Permaslow are enough to hold people down. You don't have to worry about people escaping - you worry about people turning around to beat your face in. That's where 21 Def comes in, along with the proper items to make them regret ever standing next to you.

Write a damn guide then if you don't like it.

If I can find something horribly wrong and inaccurate in every section of your guide you really need to re-examine or scrap it entirely. Even the "people you want on your team" section is just random and full of holes (no MF? seriously?).

Fine. I'll do it if you take your guide down and mail me the bounty.

Or I could take your criticism, adapt, and update, and get on with my life instead of trying to berate you publicly.

If I didn't feel confident in my Sejuani abilities, I wouldn't have bothered to write a guide. Everything I put into it works out fine for me, and I believe will work for other people.

If you think you have some 'pro experience' to contribute, go ahead and write one. I'll leave my stuff up.

hahahaha this guide is considered good enough to get the bounty? guess I should get around to writing an ahri guide that suggests going 0/30/0 and rushing aegis / bulwark / locket etc for the sick teamfight utility.

If I didn't feel confident in my Sejuani abilities,

You barely hit the new silver of 1150 by the end of season 2, by no means should you feel confident playing anyone. You simply do not have the game knowledge, sorry.
