Gonna work on Lane Matchups and Replays in the coming weeks

Ignoring those sections, would love critique.

Is there a particular reason you go 21-9-0 over 15-15-0?

What you have + spell blade (minus summoners wrath) then you can opt for a touch more tanky (most specifically, the tenacity and block). It just seems like the AP/lvl and executioners don't add quite as much overall as extra points in def tree might.

What do you do when faced with two choices? Simply toss a coin. It works because in that brief time that the coin is in the air you know what you're hoping for.

Executions is there for the snowball.

It is very easy to poke people in lane down to <50% health.

Executioners helps you get that final kill as you W+E+Q+Ignite them into a snowballed victory for your game.

But I see your point. Should probably mention the 15/15/0 if you get hit with a counterpick and/or will need the tenacity.

In all honesty the defense tree is near worthless past 12 points besides a few specific champs, mostly those who'll be taking heavy harass from basic attacks are the only ones who ultimately profit from the extra bit of defense you'd get. With the little amount of damage Lulu takes top lane there's much less of a reason to take it over the extra bit of damage she can get.

15% tenacity would be hard pressed to be worthless, and the 15-15 would help a ton in something like a kayle match up, where you are both reducing her slow (and the damage boost attached to it) while making her hit you for less (5 less damage an auto adds up fast). But yes, executioners would clearly be superior when you aren't getting hit much.

Friends are helping me clean out fluff right now. Re-updated to be a little cleaner

Neglecting to add the mastery suggestion for now. I'll try it out a bit and see how it feels in comparison
