whatb are tiers?

cause ammumu,blitz are always banned...etc

Varus is a good adc. Recently just picked him up and I love him. His Q really annoys people. They have a slim chance of running unless they burn a flash or interupt you. Which at that point you'll see it coming, so just fire away. & his blight stacks are incredibly useful.
