here is the thing... THERE WILL ALWAYS BE OP CHAMPS. That is a fact. Some champs will just fit the current items better and you can't stop that. Every time you nerf a champ another will takes it place as the strongest remaining.

You can't play weak champs like Heimer because they get buffed and become FOTM. You have to go with champs like Anivia or TF, but even then, they eventually start getting banned in higher elos.

Sejuani (aka the only reason why I still play LoL) will never ever get nerfed.

So I'm fine.
