What...?

I'd easily agree that a vast majority of those who end up in the tribunal should be punished. But there are so many cases where the defendant is completely reasonable, maybe a little mad, and deserves no punishment at all.

I refuse to punish someone because they said "god! I hate when the other team gets first blood! Lets play a bit more defensively please".

Most that end up in the Tribunal deserve to get punished, but no one ends up there just from one report.

No, they don't. If I reported you now, does that mean you automatically qualify as someone who deserves to be punished, when clearly you have done nothing wrong?
