How do I know if I'm ready to play ranked?

Topic.

I'm sure I'm not ready yet - I have only about 150 wins. But I have complete rune pages, and I can play at least 2 champions in each role reasonably well.

How much longer should I wait?

How do I know, then? Should I just try it out?

you can start any time

trial by fire is a good way to improve. As long as you're mindful of your own weaknesses and work on them going forward then you'll be fine.

ranked is to improve as a player, if that is your goal, then get started.

There's no definite answer, but you should probably double your wins. I think without exp boosts, it generally takes around 200 wins to get to level 30? It's recommended to get another 200 wins of experience playing with a bunch of people at 30 so you can experience playing against a bunch of different types of rune pages and that such.

But uh, my answer is if you think you can actually carry. If you can make decisions and lead your team, you'll raise real easy. If you can regularly outplay in mid or ad, you'll raise really easy. But only way to know is to try?

Don't do ranked its boring as hell because its filled with a bunch of tryhards and once you start you are stuck with it because you get screwed over in your placement matches and have to carry your way out of wood league

Be prepared to go 3-7 at best and be put in bronze

Wait as long as you want. I don't get why people care about getting put in bronze or silver. You improve faster in ranked than normals.

Having 300-400 wins should be give you a lot of experience in learning the game, refining techniques and discovering how to counter other champions that give you trouble.
I also recommend being able to use a great variety of champions.
