Confused about the Jarvan thing. I see that they removed the % armor his E gives, but did they increase the attack speed it gives? The removal of "bonus" confuses me.

It also got a massive cost buff, its in a very good spot now, glad about the Hydra buffs too :)

Transcend seems a little overpowered
and god damnit, I've been using singed to carry myself through ranked :/
