GameFAWKS has a guide for Sejuani from LimeInCoconut as well, there was a huge thread on Sejuani a little bit back.

While it's a little rage-y you can get an idea of what most people feel about Sej.

What was your item build? First thing first.

machete/5 -> spirit stone -> mobility boots, then warmogs, then I finished up spirit of the ancient golem.
Didn't know really where to go after that. Was saving up for a giants belt but it was gg

Spam Giants Belt or Kindlegem items.

Consider Liandries if fed. Otherwise tank tank tank hp hp hp hp hence Giants Belt and Kindlegem items.

This guide worked wonders for me in normals, though the guy who wrote it has much more credibility than I. Try her top sometime, it may just be the common thing to do someday.
I just want Card Sagas Wars. Seriously, I'd do anything, just give me Card Sagas Wars. Please.

As long as you're building health, it's hard to go wrong. Warmogs and Sunfire are core.

If they start building BoRK, you should probably get a Randuins, though.

In most games, I build CDR as my secondary stat (to health) so I'll often pick up a ruby crystal -> Kindlegem early if I don't have quite enough for a Giant's belt. Helps keep momentum going in the early game if you're not immediately fed.

Normal Build Path:
Machete/5 -> Giant's Belt -> Stone/Boots -> Stone/Boots -> Warmog's/Sunfire - > Lucidity/Situational boots -> Warmog's/Sunfire -> Liandry's/Situational -> Situational

I'm fed and stomping path:
Machete/5 -> Giant's Belt -> Boots -> Sunfire Cape -> Giant's Belt -> Liandry's -> Warmogs -> Blah

CDR Nonstop gank Path:
Machete/5 -> Kindlegem -> Boots -> Giant's Belt -> Sunfire/Warmogs -> Lucidity Boots -> Sunfire/Warmogs -> Locket/Shurelya -> Liandry's -> Blah

As always, a good player will know how to build situationally vs. the opposing team. Be aware of what the enemy is capable of, and how they're killing people. If you need tenacity, be sure to get Golem Spirit. Consider a SV or Abyssal if you need Resistance. Randuin's if they're countering you with BORK, etc.
