I was gonna go Iceborn then Void staff.

I built a s*** tonne of mana items so I could endlessly ult, relying on the base damage, and it added about 100 AP from the archangels.

How would you build him? and I went top, but I feel maybe bot is more appropriate as he can be bot, push, gank top and be back in time for the next wave

I usually build Kass with RoA first, Hat, Zhonyas, Void, with boots thrown in there.

I dunno about the RoA for dominion, but I would definitely grab those 3-4 and fill in the last slot with something situational.

Err have you played Kass before? Both mana cost and damage increases per ult. It's there to prevent you from endlessly ulting.

In Dominion I start with Boots+Prospector+Pots. I rush RoA then Chalice. From there it's your call, but essential items are Athene, Wooglet and Void. Abyssal and Lich are fine too.
