Rumble - [R] - The Equalizer
Rumble launches a line of rockets at the targeted area dealing 150/225/300 (+0.5)magic damage and leaving a burning trail for 5 seconds dealing 100/140/180 (+)magic damage per second and slowing opponents by 35/35/35% while inside the area of effect.

You can control the placement of this attack by clicking and dragging your mouse in a line.

Cost:

Range: 1750

Cooldown: 105/90/75

Oh my god ^%&* no.

What the ^%&* is this %$^*.

Dammit I really wish they had just toned down both the damage when it lands and its DoT instead of removing the initial damage.

Hell if the person stays in it for all five seconds it will still do the same amount of damage at each level. But it is really damn easy to escape if the person knows how Rumble's ult works and that it does damage while you are standing on its trail.

Yes he deserves a nerf. But I really dislike this change's idea

EDIT: For everyone complaining about the change keep in mind it will do the same damage if someone stays in it for all five seconds so it hasn't been completely gutted.

It's not that big a deal. Just means you have to wait for the opponent to commit or have a hard CC initiator go in before you use it. It's the same damage if they stay in it.

Yes it is the same damage if they stay in it for all five seconds.

But I would have honestly rather see it lose ~50 damage off the initial landing and ~25 on the DoT then this.
