what do the colored numbers for abilities mean

On some spells they have what i assume is a dmg modifier in () usually like orange or purple. What stat is it that actually modifies these?

Green = AP
Orange = AD
Red = Health
Yellow = Armor
Purple = Magic resistance
Blue = Mana

Red is health
Orange is Attack Damage
Green is Ability Power
Blue is mana
White is Cooldown Reduction

AP green, orange AD, brown armor, red health.

On spells that have Ammo, like teemo shrooms and corki rockets, the time it takes to reload is in white, and the number scales down based on your total CDR. If you have a higher number, the white number decreases.
