S3 did not change rene much at all

1. He doesn't scale with health... so the health meta doesn't help him

2. Early game has been buff for champs that had bad early games. That hurts rene because he shined as an early game bully.

3. His armor shred is something he can't do all the time easily nor is it something he'll do much in laning

4. The only major item that shines on him is BC, but a lot of people not really building BC anymore (for some odd reason).

So tell me how he's better in S3 than S2?
