Zed's ult will deal damage equal to his total AD and a percentage of all non-true damage he deals during the time he activates it before it goes off, after 3 seconds. This means the active of BotRK, which deals 15% of the targets max health as physical damage, will have a percentage of its damage dealt again when Zed's ult pops. At max rank of his ult/passive, if zed only uses a basic attack on a target below 50% and BotRK active, ignoring the basic attack and the ults damage scaling from his AD, he will deal 37.5% of a targets Max health as a mix of magic and physical damage, before resistances.

So without actually activating the BotRK's active, all Zed has to do it use his ultimate on a target and it will take off 37.5% max health of the enemy? Omg...

No sorry, that was a wall of text. With the BotRK active and a passive proc he can do 37.5% of a targets health during the ult, including the pop of the ult.
