What type of health runes good to get?

and if I were you, I wouldn't go for flat health quints at all.

they're nice but you're better off with many other quints.

As for seals though, health/lvl are definitely competitive seals.

I've always felt that flat armor seals would be better than health/level, in almost any given situation. The only exception I can think of (and even then...) might be an AP mid-lane who needs to worry about getting burst down.

Does anyone have any input on that?

If you have a lot of runepages to mess around with, you can make a vs. MRes top page, and health/level is a good way to go.
As for mids, I like either health/level or mregen/level.

Flat quints, per level yellows. If you can only go for one, go for the per level yellows. Armor yellows are the most common, but health is one of the only alternatives, especially if you feel secure in lane and want better yellows for late game. Quint-wise, you will almost always choose something else because of the better return (flat AP, flat AD, move speed, gold), health will only ever really be considered when that extra health may save you early game (such as against a heavy burst AP mid that will try to all in you - leblanc/annie/etc.).
