So with this new "Voli OP" thing going around, what happened to his rework?

Everyone was stating his mediocrity a few months back, and people just stating there were better picks overall.

Honestly, people are dumb. That's the only reason you need to hear.

"Man this champ sucks! He needs a serious rework because his kit blows."
OR
"Hey, that pro-player is using a champion in a way that I never thought of before! OP NERF NERF NERF!!!!!!"

Tell your mid to buy Morellonomicon. Never seems to fail, I wonder why. Or, you can properly use ignite at the right time, instead of igniting and trying to burst Voli down the moment you see him.

One of my best matches was when I was Caitlyn and one of my allies was Volibear. Everytime he would do that move that throws the champ over his head I would aready set the trap so that he would land on it and we would continue to double team them to their doom. we had so many kills it was insane.

Volibear is considered OP by many highly-skilled players (I know some Koreans pros do).
I've been tuning into Korean pros' streams on Afreeca, which is like twitch, and they've been complaining about how OP he is in both soloQ and organized matches.
I guess it's inb4volinerf. I don't know if he's OP or not.

more like "yo this dude scales with health, and he is pretty good at building it and being disruptive. Health stacking is really good right now, maybe we should play this dude"

people act like champs who became better with s3 were always in that spot
