Grail
Sorc boots
Liandrys
Void Staff
Zhonyas
Deathcap

You will be fairly squishy, but you should be mid line and backline peeling and DPSing their tanks. You aren't made to be a straight burst caster, more of a sustained DPS support.

Oh, 9-0-21 with scaling CDR blues.

I prefer flask into a Kassadin-esk build.

tear + catalyst

RotA + Archangels

Full build would be:

RotA
Archangels
Sorcs
Void
Liandry's
Rylai's or Morelololo

Hey that's sort of my build! Except I prefer Rylai's over Void since you already have sorc shoes and liandry's for the mpen. I find that the slow from Rylais allows your W to hook on to people better.

And the Masteries and CDR blues I recommend too! lol

All the other builds have WAY too much mana for their costs. Tbh, Athene's is really all she needs for her mana, I feel like a RoA is overkill and doesn't provide enough utility (plus omg it takes FOREVER to build!) I also don't like Tear on her.

For me, I like to build:

Chalice -> Boots -> Athene's -> Guise -> Sorc Shoes -> Liandry's -> Rylais -> Dcap -> Zhonya's (you will be tanky with around like 2800 or so life and over 100 armor and close to 100 MR!)

Also, her BEST combo in terms of sheer damage output is to W then Mantra Q! At level 18, the burst alone from hitting these two spells is over 1K! Leading a person with W and then Mantra Q will ensure that the after burst of Mantra Q will hit! It's actually really neat!

Rod of Ages is good due to the HP and high AP it gives, Plus if you get it early, the mana it restores whenever she levels up allows her to stay on the field longer than going back to base due to low mana.

Yes, but new karma isnt old karma, who tried to make herself a target and cause aoe havoc on the battlefield.

New karma sits in the backline and uses her W to peel for the carry, Q to burst anything stupid enough to gather, and E to save/initiate. She has no place trying to toe to toe with enemies. Grail is a far better early buy for the same cost, the MR gives her similar mage fighting capabilities, the CDR is by far most useful stat on her, and the regen makes having +650 mana a non issue.
