I would think the spenders get more leniency. Then again, they did ban that Pro who was BM.

I remember some guy who was whining and begging them to unban him cus he claimed to have spent thousands of dollars on lol, he got a red post response and this is what the rioter said : "we dont want players like you on our game, take your money somewhere else"

I would agree, but the Tribunal doesn't get to make the decision. So they let the Tribunal determine guilt, but not punishment? Seems a little fishy.
