they need to make skill augments you could buy with ip/rp

ones that dotn neccsarly makes the skill better or worse just change it slightly.

for caits net increasing the range of the self knockback but removing the slow. or on some skills slightly reducing mana cost and slightly increasing cooldown. Would allow for extra customization

I could live with visual alterations to skills for ip, but actual augmentation brings in a pay to win element that i play this game to escape from.

Buyable with IP.

Of course, Riot logic would be to make the augment IP cost at least half as much as the champion itself, if not full cost.


Though maybe they could make special IP-buyable skins that rebalance the champ's entire kit. It wouldn't be the same as making a clone champion, as you could still only have one of any champion on a team.

Side grades are never that easy. Take a look at TF2. Some of the obtainable weapons are just hand and foot above vanilla weapons. And some vanilla weapons are just better than all the gimmicky downgrades. It's impossible to actuallybbalance, and only inspires b****ing.
