Is it me or is CD on Thresh's ult is unnaturally high?

It's a pretty nice skill, but 150/140/130?

Compare that to say, Sona's, which is 140/120/100 and probably a better skill.

I mean, I don't think Thresh needs any buffs, but this has always confused me a bit.

99% slow, good zoning tool, decently good damage for a support (I think at level 1 its like 250 damage first wall)

Sona has to point and click in proper position.

Thresh has many ways of getting himself or his enemies into his own ult.

Not to mention Thresh can also bring an ally closer to take advantage of the ult, whereas if nobody is in position for Sona's ult then too bad, it was just an AoE stun that did nothing.

VS 100% slow + silence + blind + you cannot do most things during a stun. That 99% slow never brings you below a certain MS anyway.
