how different would this game be if the deny mechanic was added?

Pick a counterlane, zone the enemy champion, freeze the lane forever by last hitting all the minions on both side.
Enemy can only go afk at this point

Every time I see a thread like this it makes me miss deny gangplank.

I remember going mid one game with mostly CDR and Mana Regen runes/Masteries + starting items and spamming Deny whenever it was off cooldown on a melee minion or Cannon Minion. Their mid Cassiopeia was level 5 by the time I was level 8.

Zilean was played much more often if the enemy had a GP just for his stupid passive to be able to keep up in experience.
