Depends on whether your opponents are dumb enough to not cc him. So yes, he's still good against like 80% of the LoL community (myself included). --- Not changing my sig until Soulja Boy challenges me to a rap battle

Used him yesterday.. Went jungling with him. turned out pretty decent. Ended up getting a surrender at 20 due to me and our roaming mid.

Carried 22-7-x in ranked yesterday, the reduced healing is barely noticable.

AP Yi is pain in the ass to deal with in lane. No matter how much of harasses you give him, he always retreats and heals back to full. --- Spoiler is plot element, not your ignorance.
