Why you shouldn't run revive

Some of you might run revive.
For those of you who do, believe me I understand the temptation to run revive.
However, if you want to get better, you have to ditch the revive. It becomes a crutch for bad plays.
By throwing away revive you are dedicated to making 100% good plays.

Karthus having revive allows you 7 seconds of q's and E dmg as well as another wall to put up possibly before popping revive to ult. Does ignite come close to the same amount of dmg? kk

Revive is majorly underlooked. I've won games by having revive teleport and coming back into the action refreshed, or stopped nexus pushes and turned them around simply because they have to get through a karthus or a singed 2 times.

I think that's the point though: in order to get good use out of it, you have to be in a losing position.
