TF's passive is lazy and boring

Abilities should have gold value. They shouldn't actually give gold like this (it's fine on a few heroes like GP and Ashe).

So if you were to change TF's passive to something balanced and interesting, what would it be?

I don't think this is bad per-se. It serves a fine purpose as a passive, but it's lazy and boring. Instead of giving stats or utility, you just get a variant of gp/10. Ashe has it as part of an ability, same as GP.
