Wolves could've won that, some bad ults and Nasus repeatedly running in and dying.

Playing as your team's frontline against a good Anivia isn't fun.

Why would he consider ghost against that though

Eh, if you're using flash to repeatedly escape Anivia's wall you are letting it dictate the game regardless. Ideally they wanted to initiate teamfights in spite of it, and not repeatedly suffer losses from it.

Not saying Flash wouldn't have been a good idea, but I don't think it is such a game changer.

And it isn't like you will have flash up every fight. You can get out of it once, but now your escape is blown leaving you with the possibility of being chased down and dying, then still not having it up next fight. So while it would be useful, I'm with Tomorrow in that it wouldn't have been too game changing.

Anyways, CW on more comfortable champs this game, kept Lux away from Froggen with Kass, and kept Varus out of Yellowpete's hands, so will be interesting to see how this ends up playing out.

The reason for ghost on the jungler generally centers on the strength of lane ganking, not the ability to hop Anivia walls in team fights. With ghost, you can execute 'heavy' lane ganks more often, and you can enter the lane from more directions. So, it's a tradeoff for a stronger ganking capability at a cost of potentially weaker teamfighting (in the case of Anivia, that potentially weaker = guaranteed weaker).
