Who should I buy, which is more fun and/or strong?

Ive never used Syndra but I do have fun with xerath when i play him ....

tip: Pick Xerath when you will have a strong front line in front of him

I played Xerath duing free week, and almost fell asleep. He's VERY boring, imo.
On the other hand, a friend of mine bought Syndra recently, and loves her. She seems interestign to say the least.
"So selfish them" would be their cry. And, who'd be brave to argue? Doin' what you people need is never on the menu!

Both are strong.

Xerath is much easier to use, Syndra is more fun IMO.

Syndra, way more fun

Both strong situational picks. Both hard to play well (Syndra harder). Syndra is less team comp dependent. Both have pretty unusual feels to them (Syndra's Q and W having no cast time makes a lot more difference than you would think, and Xerath is of course way more of a siege tank than anything else you can find in the game).Pretty hard to guess which one you'd find more fun.

Syndra is more fun.

Syndra. That single target burst is laughably huge.

Syndra's more difficult, but more fun. Her poke is also less safe, but more damaging. She's more damaging in general, really.

They're both pretty good, and fill similar roles in fights. Syndra can move whilst casting so she's quite fluid, while Xerath has to root himself but he gains a movespeed steroid which provides the mobility he needs. I'd probably say Syndra's slightly better because dat AoE stun, but you have to learn how to use it effectively, otherwise Xerath is a safer pick since he doesn't have to get quite as close to be effective.
